When we founded Dega Systems (pronounced "day?guh") we knew we wanted to start something innovative and different. We needed to build a company that would serve small businesses and organizations on a level no one else has. We discovered that most organizations would prefer to have an in-house staff, which could provide them with all the technology help they could ever need. So we?e set out to be your IT staff, but at a much lower cost than the expense of hiring an entire support staff.
Contrary to other service providers who narrowly concentrate on just one fragment of your business technology; we deliver solutions for all the communications and technology needs small businesses have. We don? install large banking systems, nor do we implement e-commerce websites, or build CRM systems for huge conglomerates. We focus on the technology needs which small to mid-size organizations have everyday.
Gerson Crespo and Hector Ortiz founded Dega Systems in 2001; they have numerous years of experience in implementing computing and communications technology for small non-profits to large global corporations. After their many years in the industry they?e decided to build their vision of a simpler integrated approach of managing business technology and communications.
